We'd like to start today's First and Monday with a thank you. Specifically, we'd like to thank you, for your celebration and support of this newsletter. It's been specifically crafted to be a useful, bite-sized tool for you, and your support means the world. Now that you've inspired us, how about we inspire you...

Every Day is Gameday

Each workday is a chance to move the chains and an opportunity to do something great. Have you ever considered your workdays to be gamedays?

We've all fallen into the Monday morning blues. Trust me, I'm raising my hand as I write this. And yet, allowing complacency to dictate any moment of our performance is a dangerous habit.

No, this newsletter isn't going to be a three-step process to revolutionize your workday with these helpful tips! Rather, it's a quick reminder to shift your mindset.

As a organization that works in the sports marketing space, each day is a sprint to the finish. We are constantly evaluating how we can be sharper, faster, and more efficient.

Some days feel like a comfortable reset, a chance to execute with all four downs in front of us. Others feel like it's 3rd and short...conversion time.

My question to you: How do you prepare to execute on your gamedays? Do you seize the opportunity to make a difference, or let another down pass by like dates on the calendar?

Tip of the week: TikTok Optimization

TikTok has recently changed their algorithm to favor content over 60 seconds in length. The difference in a matter of seconds can be exponential thanks to the boost that longer form content is receiving. One of our clients recently had posts jump from 7k views to north of 2.5 million after creating a longer piece of content that satisfied the algorithm's requirements for recommendation.
