Progage announced the newest NIL deal between Lauren Harrison and Common Grounds Coffee in Waco, Texas. The deal, featuring The LoLo Mocha, is the latest partnership between a Baylor student athlete and a local Waco business.
“I’m thrilled to partner with Common Grounds on the LoLo Mocha!” said Harrison. “My teammates and I come here all of the time when we aren’t in the gym. To see my own drink on the menu and on flyers makes me smile.”
Harrison and the Common Grounds team have collaborated on marketing the new drink, posting it to social media and letting Baylor students know that this limited-time drink is available through the end of the semester.
The partnership is the latest success in the NIL solution being provided to Baylor student athletes by Progage and Startup Waco.
“We’ve worked to get several new deals for athletes who opted in to our services since the beginning of the fall semester.” said Progage CEO Kyle Fenner. “The Waco community is starting to see the value and impact that Baylor student athletes have on their brands and can’t wait to jump on board. We’ve got so much on the horizon, both for the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023.”
Harrison’s ability to build her brand off the court has perfectly complimented her success on the court, helping No. 11 Baylor Volleyball to a 19-4 record in 2022.
